Delivery area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within Turkey. It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address outside this REGION. The PRODUCTS are sent to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.
Shipping time
It will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days.
The time to prepare the order, then cut the invoice, and before that, the stock status of the products is specified on OUR WEBSITE. It is understood that these times are exclusive of weekends or public holidays. Provided that the electronic address appearing on the registration form is correct, an electronic message will be automatically sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS are shipped.
Delivery times and costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER about the possible delivery times and methods for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method. If we do not offer free shipping, the amount of these costs will be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. DELIVERY TERMS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against a signature and upon presentation of an identity document. In case of absence, a delivery notification will be left for the CUSTOMER to ensure that they can pick up their package at the post office.
DELIVERY Problems
The CUSTOMER is informed about the delivery date determined when selecting the carrier at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order. It is stated that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this fails, the CUSTOMER must officially notify the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable time, and in case of non-delivery within this period, they may terminate the contract.
The SELLER will refund the CUSTOMER the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery costs, without undue delay from the receipt of the termination letter, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER for the purchase. The SELLER is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CUSTOMER. It is reminded that the CUSTOMER has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss stated during delivery.
